Such content includes copyrighted material, text, challenges, blogs, icons, designs, logos and domain names. Reproduction, distribution, or copying of this content by any means, whether technological or otherwise, without prior written consent from Codia is strictly prohibited.

  3. User Registration, Login Credentials and Security

    To access our Website and Services, an account must first be created through our registration form. This process requires the submission of certain information, including an email address, username, and password. Upon completion of the registration form, your account will be created and made available to you on the Website ("Account")


    User Accounts are intended for individual use and may not be transferred to another account. These accounts are intended for the exclusive use of a single individual. In the event that the information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, Codia reserves the right to terminate your Account and restrict access to our Services.

  4. Account Deletion

    To request the deletion of your account, please contact [email protected] with your request. Your account and all associated information will be permanently removed within 30 days of the request, unless a request for cancellation is received prior to this time.


    By requesting the deletion of your account, you acknowledge and accept that access to Website and Services requiring an account will be terminated. Codia will not be held responsible for any information or data loss that may occur as a result of the deletion of an account.

  5. Payment Method

    When purchasing a course on our Website, you will be redirected to Stripe's Website to enter your email address, payment information, and location details. Stripe will collect your credit or debit card information and by submitting this information, you authorize Codia and Stripe to share any information or payment instructions provided with the third-party payment service provider. By processing payments on the Website and clicking on any links provided by the third-party payment service provider, you acknowledge that you are no longer utilizing our Services and that our Terms, Privacy Policy, and any other Codia-related documents are no longer applicable. You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, or other policies of the third-party payment service provider, including but not limited to Stripe's Terms and Conditions, Service Agreement, Privacy Policy and other documents, which can be accessed at https://stripe.com


    By submitting payment information, you automatically authorize our Third-Party Payment Service Providers to charge all fees, including any additional charges as agreed upon between the Parties, and any and all applicable taxes, to your credit card or debit card. Codia will not be held liable for any transactions or other actions conducted with any Third-Party Payment Service Providers, and you agree to not hold Codia liable for any liability arising from such actions.


    You are responsible for ensuring that the billing and contact information provided to us is accurate, up-to-date and complete. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to this information.


    You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to utilize the chosen credit card or debit card as a payment method.


    You acknowledge and agree that the price for the selected Service will be quoted and payable in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. In the event that payment is made in a currency other than Australian Dollars (AUD), the currency conversion rate will be determined by our payment partner, Stripe.


    You agree to promptly notify Codia of any billing disputes or inaccuracies within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Failure to raise such disputes within this time frame shall be deemed as acceptance of the charges.

  6. Refund Policy

    Codia offers a 7-day refund policy for Services purchased on the Website, provided that the request is made within 7 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund request, you must send an email to [email protected]. Requests for refunds made after the 7-day period will not be considered under any circumstances.

    Codia utilizes the use of cookies to facilitate access and use of our Website and Services.
